Plejd AB (PLEJD)
Iman Karimi, Chief People Officer at smart home company Plejd, sold 5,000 shares on July 15 at a price of SEK 872.36 per share. The transaction totals SEK 4.36 million, according to the Swedish Financial Supervisory Authority’s insider register.
Dynavox (DYVOX)
Following Dynavox’s earnings release on Friday, CEO Fredrik Ruben purchased 9,650 shares for approximately SEK 1.1 million at SEK 108.80 per share. CFO Linda Tybring also bought 7,673 shares at SEK 116.50, a transaction worth just under SEK 0.9 million.
Attendo (ATT)
Following Attendo’s Q2 report, board member Hugo Lewné purchased 30,000 shares on July 18 at SEK 62.90 per share, totaling SEK 1.89 million. The transaction coincided with the company’s announcement to resume its share buyback program.
